Scope of Work
Estimating software was utilized for quantifying materials needed for the project by providing accurate construction takeoffs that facilitate ease of project planning and cost management.
Demolition and Sitework: The demolition was made to take down the old interior structures, wall partitions, and floors that would be unaccommodating to the modern features of a theater. Further excavation and site preparation were made to accommodate the new utility connections and structural alterations.
Concrete Work: The new concrete laying, flooring, and structural reinforcement for meeting the load-bearing requirements of the updated cinema equipment were executed.
Interior Finishes: Detailed estimates for flooring, drywall, finishes, painting, and installation of special seating have been prepared with great concern for accurate budgeting for each particular interior requirement.
MEP: Our estimators identified and quantified the work for the replacement of HVAC systems, overhauling of plumbing systems, and new electrical wiring for state-of-the-art projection and sound systems.
We were able to provide a precise cost estimate using local supplier prices, zip code-based data, and RS Means in 18 hours. The estimates enabled the contractor to be very competitive at the time of bidding. Our construction estimating services were thus instrumental in the timely completion and financial feasibility of the project.
